These terms are an agreement between you and Michael Linial, 56 Yefe Nof st. Peduel, Israel ("Morbee", "we", "us"), covering your use of the service at https://morbee.net.
By opening an account you declare you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use Morbee.
You must be 18 or over to hold an account. If you open one on behalf of a company, you are confirming you are allowed to bind that company to these terms.
Morbee is a tool for building websites, landing pages and web apps, publishing them, and connecting them to outside databases and services.
We provide the tool. What you build with it, and what you do with what you build, is yours and yours alone to decide. And the responsibility over what you built is yours and yours alone. You will answer for everything you migh build using this product and will not hold Morbee liable for any claims regarding the website/landing page/app you built.
Your token balance. Part of what you pay is set aside as a balance for LLM driven features described in section 10 — Every use of LLM features draws on the same balance, and the balance belongs to a billing period.
Discontinuation of payment will result in termination of service which will occur in two phases the latter is irreversible:
1. Frozen. If a subscription lapses — cancelled, or a payment that keeps failing — your published sites stop being served and your account becomes read-only. Your work is still there. Paying again restores everything. 2. Deleted. 90 days after a subscription lapses, the account's sites and content are permanently deleted. This cannot be undone: once deleted, it is gone, and we cannot recover it for you.
We will email you before freezing you account and before deletion, at the address on the account. Keeping that address current is your responsibility. Export anything you want to keep from Morbee before the 90 days are up. That said, you may choose to actively delete your account at any given time.
Do not use Morbee to:
Failure to comply with these restrictions, may result in immediate suspension of your account.
You decide what your sites collect and what they do with it. That makes you responsible for:
Morbee talks to services we do not run — Google, Salesforce and others. Their behaviour, their availability, their rate limits and their terms are theirs, not ours. If any of these services changes an interface, revokes a token or goes down, your integration may stop working, and that is outside our control.
Morbee uses thirs party language models — currently Anthropic and Google. LLM is able to generate pages and content for you, assist and answer questions you may have and help boost your ux and ease of use of Morbee.
What we send them.
That last one is the one to weigh. The sample is live data out of your database, and it leaves our servers for the model provider like everything else in this list. Where a source holds data you are not willing to have leave — i.e. health records, extreme personal information or anything you hold under a confidentiality obligation — either do not connect it, or point the integration at a view or sheet that holds no such rows.
LLM can be wrong. A model's output is generated, not looked up. It can be inaccurate, out of date, or confidently mistaken — when it writes copy for a page, when it types a column, when it suggests how to map one system onto another, and when it answers you in the assistant. You are responsible for reviewing what is generated before you publish it, run it or rely on it. Nothing Morbee generates may be considered as legal, financial, medical or professional advice.
Content ownership What a model generates for you in Morbee is your property, on the same footing as the rest of your content under section 7. Two things follow from how these models work and are worth saying plainly: a model may produce similar output for somebody else, so you cannot assume what you get is unique to you; and we cannot promise generated output infringes nobody's rights. Check anything you intend to rely on commercially.
The providers. These are outside services in the sense of section 9, and their terms and availability govern them, not ours. We send your content to them under business API terms rather than consumer ones. If a provider changes what it does with data sent to it, and that change affects you, we will tell you.
Fair use. Model usage is metered per account and your plan may cap it. We may apply limits to keep the service running for everyone, and we will tell you where those limits sit before they bite.
We work to keep Morbee up and your published sites served, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, deploys, provider outages and faults happen.
We aim for 99.9% monthly availability. / We do not currently offer a service level agreement.
Support is by email at mikey.linial@morbee.net. We aim to answer within 2 business days.
Morbee is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind about it — not that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.
Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
To the extent the law allows:
Neither limit applies to liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
We may change these terms. We will post the new version here and update the date above. If a change materially affects your rights, we will email account holders before it takes effect. Continuing to use Morbee after that means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, and the courts of Tel Aviv have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer law entitles you to bring a claim where you live.
